Data We Collect
We collect business contact information (name, company, email), order details, and shipping addresses. We do not collect personal data unrelated to B2B transactions.
AI Configurator Data
AI ActData submitted through our AI Configurator tool (workload parameters, hardware preferences) is used solely to generate configuration recommendations. This data is NOT used to train AI models, sold to third parties, or retained beyond 30 days after recommendation delivery.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to process orders, provide quotes, send shipping notifications, and improve our service quality. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your GDPR Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You may also request data portability and object to processing.
EU AI Act Compliance
In accordance with the EU AI Act, we maintain full transparency about any AI-assisted features. Our AI Configurator is classified as limited-risk and operates with human oversight. All AI-generated recommendations are clearly labeled.
Data Retention
Order data is retained for 7 years for customs and tax compliance. Inquiry data is retained for 2 years. AI Configurator data is deleted within 30 days.
